It’s All About Me gives students a structured way to think about questions that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Instead of asking for an immediate answer about the future, the programme breaks self-understanding and planning into clearer stages. Each stage helps the student explore what matters, recognise patterns and connect their ideas to possible next steps.
The young person is an active participant throughout. Their own perspective sits at the centre, supported by thoughtful guidance and conversation. The living document records what they discover, making it easier to revisit earlier thinking, notice change and build on ideas over time.
The aim is not to produce a perfect plan. It is to help the student develop the language, confidence and self-awareness needed to make more informed choices about their education, personal development and future direction.
